Section 1. General statements
LLC “Orimi Ukraine” (hereinafter – the Company) uses the privacy policy to demonstrate respect for the privacy of users of its site. All objects of intellectual property that are contained on the Site, unless otherwise indicated, belong to the Company.
The privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is aimed at publicly informing users about the procedure for collecting (processing), storing, transferring personal data and information provided as part of using the Site.
This Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical and other measures that the Company takes in order to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data of individuals – consumers who are users of the site, unless the information is personally and deliberately disclosed by the consumer – the user of the Site.
The purpose of implementing the Policy is to prevent public access and disclosure of information owned by the consumer.
This Policy does not apply to sites, the transition to which is carried out using the hyperlinks posted on the Site.
Section 2. List of personal data
In order to implement the functions and tasks of the Site and other purposes related to civil law relations between the Company and the Consumer, the Consumer, using this Site and the services for the provision of which the Site was created, grants the Company permission to collect, accumulate, process, store and use (including using automated means) of personal data, the owner of which he is.
The consumer’s consent, which is provided to the Company for the collection, processing, storage and use (including the use of automated means) of personal data and their transfer to third parties is formalized by the consumer putting down a mark on the granting of permission to collect, accumulate, process, store and use their personal data.
The list of personal data of users that can be collected, stored and used when working with the site:
– Name, phone number, email address;
– Information about the user’s computer, including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system;
– Information about visits and use of the Site, including the duration of the visit, page views and navigation paths on the site;
– Other information that is independently entered by the Consumer.
Section 3. Use of information
The information that the Company receives is used to:
– Providing feedback from the Company to the user;
– Collection and consideration of inquiries and complaints made by users about the site or product of the Company;
– Ensuring the security of the Site and preventing fraud;
– Assessment and analysis of the market, customers, products and services of the Company;
– Any other purposes in an amount sufficient for the qualitative functioning of the Site.
Section 4. Rights and obligations of Users
The User has the right to receive information on the procedure of processing his personal data, as well as other rights defined by part 2 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the protection of personal data” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended) (hereinafter – the Law).
The User, regarding his own personal data provided for the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use by the Company, has the right, but not limited to:
– know about the sources of collection, the location of personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the Company;
– receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data;
– access his personal data;
– receive an answer about whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
– submit a reasoned request to the Company with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
– submit a reasoned request to change or destroy his personal data if these data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
– to protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defaming the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
– withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
Section 5. Disclosure of confidential information and personal data
The Company is released from the obligation to comply with the Policy in relation to the personal data of the Consumer if the Consumer independently publicly discloses personal data.
The Company has the right to distribute the personal data of the Consumer if the information obtained from the composition of the personal data is socially necessary, that is the subject of public interest, and the public’s right to know this information prevails the potential harm from its dissemination.
The Company has the right to distribute consumer personal data with the appropriate written permission of the Consumer.
Chapter 6. Security and storage of personal data
Sufficient measures have been taken on the Company’s web resources to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction using appropriate technical and organizational tools. Please note that there is no absolutely safe and error-free data transmission path on the Internet.
The Company is not responsible for the operation of servers, Internet access service providers, the work of third parties, through whose fault it may be impossible or limited access to the Site, information leakage due to the fault of third parties, as well as for the User’s disclosure of his personal data.
The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period. The storage period for personal data is not limited. Personal data is processed on time no more than is necessary, in accordance with their legitimate purpose and purposes defined by this Policy.
Section 7. Changes to the Policy
The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Site, the user confirms his acceptance of the terms of the Policy in the version in effect at the time of using the site.
